Who We Are

Bestar Technology is a professional EV charging equipment manufacturer with over a decade of experience in electrical products. Headquartered in Wuxi, China, we focus on the full EV charging value chain - from AC wall box chargers, portable Mode 2 / Level 2 chargers, EV adapters and high-current sockets, to certified PCBA control board solutions. Every product is developed, tested and produced under our own quality system, serving 3000+ customers across Europe, Southeast Asia and the Americas.

Our in-house R&D team covers hardware, firmware, software and structure design. We hold complete design, tooling and mass-production capabilities, and support OEM / ODM projects with custom branding, custom firmware, communication protocols and packaging. From schematic and PCB layout to injection molding, SMT assembly and 100% factory testing - the whole process is under our control, which guarantees stable quality and fast lead times.

  • Hardware design: schematic & PCB layout on DSP / MCU platforms, up to 22kW AC and high-current DC designs.
  • Firmware development: charging protocols (IEC 61851, Mode 2/3 logic), OCPP 1.6J / 2.0 backend communication, BLE / WiFi / 4G connectivity.
  • Software & App: custom charging apps, cloud platforms and OCPP-compatible charging management systems.
  • Structure design: ID design, thermal management, IP65 weatherproofing and mold development.
  • Test lab: EMC, safety, environmental, waterproof and aging testing in-house before release.

Manufacturing Capabilities

  • SMT production line: automatic placement, reflow soldering and AOI inspection for PCBA manufacturing.
  • Injection molding & tooling: in-house molds for enclosures, plus metal fabrication for mounting parts.
  • Cable & harness: EV charging cable assembly, terminal crimping and strain-relief processing.
  • Final assembly lines: full-unit assembly, function testing and packaging with monthly capacity of thousands of units.
